As communicated on our website and terms and conditions all sales or gift cards, e-gift certificates and items marked as sale are final. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.
When an item is for sale we already offer the lowest price as possible. We even ship the sale items on our own costs. This is why we, unfortunately, can't make refunds for sale items as this will cost us too much extra for shipping and handling. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund in 48 hours. Please contact us at vip@happyhaves.com with your order number to set up a return process.
Gift cards
If you received a gift card or would like to get a refund please contact us with your gift card ID, and we will be happy to give you a refund. No questions asked.
